Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our website, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of receipt (excluding opened products).


Refund Conditions:

  1. First, you need to contact our customer service for a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product; once the 30 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.

  2. If the error was on our part, resulting in you receiving the incorrect or damaged item (excluding minor dust or package defects), we will gladly offer a refund without any obligation on your part. Please get in touch with us, attaching a photo of your complete order along with the damaged or defective items, and provide a brief description of the problem. In situations like this, we like to address each case individually to guarantee the highest level of customer service and overall satisfaction.

  3. If you're seeking a refund due to personal reasons, such as a change of preference or no longer desiring the product, there will be a 20% handling fee based on the selling costs as well as the return shipping costs cannot be refunded, unless the mistake is on our end.

  4. After your return has been given the green light, an email will hit your inbox with detailed instructions on where and how to dispatch the return. Order Cancellation
